Applications
All applications and deposits must be submitted by the deadline on the fee schedule. All of the necessary forms can be reached by following the links on this page.

Participants
Each family should complete one Participant Application form online. Early application and additional kids qualify for discounts. Click on Camper - CIT - or Staff to sign up.
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program
Youth entering 9th or 10th grade are eligible to apply for the CIT program. CIT's can earn up to 25 Community Service hours.
You will need to filling out the application, and complete the following:
- Send in your payment of $75.00 or pay online.
- Write an essay, "What I have to offer as a Counselor-in-Training".
- Get two letters of recommendation written by someone other than your family members (teachers, pastor, scout leaders, coach, volunteer coordinator, employer, etc.).

Teen Staff
Teens entering 11th grade or higher are eligible to apply for a Teen Staff position. Please submit a Staff Application (one per person). Teen Staff may earn 30 - 84 Community Service hours!
If you are under 18 years old you will need to fill out a Medical Form
Teen staff will be accepted based on space availability. You will be notified by phone or email.
Adult Staff
Parents and young adults are encouraged to volunteer as Staff by submitting a Staff Application form (one per person). Children whose parents serve on staff are automatically accepted into the camp and qualify for substantial discounts. Children whose parents do not serve on staff are accepted on a space available basis, based on priority order.
